First off I would like to wish everyone Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! We had a pretty good year last year, but this year is going to be even better, I have that feeling. Starting on a clean slate. My main goal as president this year is to bring the track back to the racer. After 29 years in the karting and motorsports industry as a whole, I have seen the rise and decline in any form of racing whether it be karting or NASCAR. We can all see it. The 2020 Board members have been working hard since November to come up with some great ideas for 2020. We will continue to do this as a team through out the 2020 Season. I want to say we are thankful for the racers past, present & future. We need to ban together to make this track succeed and we need to work as a team to achieve this.

I am a Virginia Native that transplanted to PA in 2016. My racing experience goes beyond my years with my father racing dirt late models into the early 90’s. I then took over the torch to start my racing career. I learned a lot growing up in the sport, my father taught me a lot of things through the years, however one thing remains true. That is my love for the sport of racing and my racing family.

The 2020 Board Members and I are excited about what the future holds for this track, but we will need your help. The new 2020 Schedule was released in late November and we are happy with that accomplishment with it being only December. We are currently in the works with revamping the class structure, tire packages, track rules and race day start times. Once we get through this long period of meetings and brainstorming we will release every bit of information to the racers and to the general public as soon as it becomes available. We have a few work days scheduled in March (weather permitting) and I would hope to see a lot of you there to show your support as well as giving us your input on the up-coming season. Our door will always be open to questions, concerns or ideas and we ENCOURAGE you all, the racer, to talk to us. This is the only way we can make things happen!

Thank you for your time in reading this and I hope this year we can make an impact on the Saturday Night Racing scene. Like I said before, we need YOUR HELP in making it a success. This track only exists because of the racers, those that love racing and the tradition of Hunterstown Speedway! Hope to see you all at Racing Xtravaganza and Motorama! Lets Make Hunterstown Great Again!
